Moonstar Massage

Allow yourself to relax + be nurtured with a custom massage to reduce pain, increase flexibility and improve circulation. Please indicate which of the following modalities you’d like in the booking notes:

Swedish: Relax with a classic massage combining long, flowing strokes and gentle kneading to ease tension, improve circulation, and promote overall well-being. May include :, scalp, abdominal, and/or foot massage in 90min or 2hr sessions.

Deep tissue: Revitalize your body by targeting muscle knots and tension, using firm pressure and Therapeutic (slower, deep MFR) or Sports (neuromuscular, active release, + stretching) techniques to release deep-seated stress, enhance range of motion, and promote overall muscle recovery and relaxation.

Myofascial release + unwinding: Invite effective healing from injuries, correct chronic postures, and restore flexibility and natural movement patterns using Lori Z's approach to myofascial release. Specific, slow techniques are used to stretch and repair muscles, scar and nerve tissue, organs and even bones. Usually, small shorts and sports bra and/or a swimsuit are worn for the session.

Prenatal: Nurturing touch and extra pillow forms for Mamas-to-be, bringing soothing relief from pregnancy-related discomfort, improved circulation, and gentle relaxation. For 2nd and 3rd trimesters only.

Muscle testing is used to check for weak or blocked chakras in your animal’s energetic system. Nurturing Reiki is gently activated and applied to the blockages, promoting relaxation, stress relief, and overall well-being. Session length depends on size of animal and when they let us know they are done! :) Typical sessions are anywhere from 15-60minutes and are best scheduled AFTER they have exercised and been fed.

Prioritize your consistent self-care and lock in a locals rate with a monthly membership! Your monthly auto-payment includes ONE custom Moonstar Massage per month and VIP status to receive any new techniques I get certified in! An unused credit rolls over 2 months before it expires. Membership commitment is month to month and can be paused or canceled at any time. Sign up online for the membership, then, to book your session, select the Moonstar Massage 60min, 75min, or 90min option. Membership credit is applied at checkout.
